These Terms govern your use of the NexaBooking website and its SMS (text messaging) program, provided by NEXA Technologies.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
SMS Terms of Service
The following terms apply to SMS messages from NexaBooking, a service of NEXA Technologies.
Which program these terms cover
NEXA Technologies operates a separate messaging program for the business owners who use NexaBooking: operational notifications about their own NexaBooking account, sent under the NEXA name, which a merchant opts into from their own dashboard. The terms in this section do not govern that program, and consent to one is never consent to the other. Messages a business sends to its own customers through NexaBooking are sent under that business’s name and brand; each business obtains its own consent and publishes its own messaging terms. NEXA Technologies supplies the technology and is not the sender.
Program description
The messaging program provides appointment-related communication only — such as appointment requests, confirmations, and changes — sent on behalf of the business you are contacting. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
User consent
When you submit our form, check the SMS consent box, and provide a valid mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from NexaBooking, a service of NEXA Technologies, at the mobile number you provided, about your demo request and related appointment request, confirmation, and update communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service, and you may decline SMS and still contact us.

STOP — opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS messages at any time. After you opt out, you may receive one message confirming your request.

Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal and mobile information, including our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual property
The NexaBooking name, website, content, and original materials are owned by NEXA Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Third-party services
The website and messaging program may rely on third-party hosting, form processing, or communications services. Their availability and practices may be subject to separate terms.
Disclaimers
The website and messaging program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access or message delivery.

Eligibility and changes
